The Springhill Suites By Marriott Boise Parkcenter provided a fantastic stay in Boise, Idaho. the hotel's staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home. the lobby, hallways, and signage were top-notch, enhancing our overall experience. the amenities in the room were excellent, with no details overlooked, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the city, dine at local restaurants, and enjoy our time in Boise. the spacious studio suites were well-equipped with everything we needed, from free Wi-Fi to comfortable bedding and separate living areas. the complimentary breakfast, although good, could benefit from more fruit and vegetable options as well as a pancake station. One standout moment was when the pool had been closed, but the evening shift manager's dedication and quick actions ensured it was reopened safely for guests to enjoy. the level of service and care we received throughout our stay was remarkable.
